These can found really cheap at garage sales and thrift stores. Even if they’ve been used they can still bring you some money. They sell for about $24 used but if you find a Yahtzee handheld game brand new it can sell for over $100! What makes these sell for so much? Your guess is as good as mine. But who really cares as long as it helps you make that eBay and Amazon money!
I see these all of time in fact I even had one as a kid. I don’t think I will ever understand why people will spend so much money for a handheld game. You can get almost any game on smartphones now (even N64 games). Of course not everybody has a smartphone yet but I can’t see someone spending that much to play the game of Yahtzee.

Update 5/22/15: These are no longer as profitable as they used to be. I have had people complaining that YouTubers caused this item to fall out of profitability. that is a load of bull! I made this video in 2011. It’s now 2015. 4 years have passed and in those 4 years more people have switched to “Smartphones” There are many knock off “Yahtzee” gaming apps that you can download. Just look Yahtzee up in your app store. Hundreds of thousand of downloads. Is it really my fault that an out of date game lost it’s value? No. Remember blaming other people for your problems will not get you anywhere in life! We were surprised it was selling for so much back then!
